But, how does it work?

Well, a typical lesson starts with a deep relaxation phase: you’ll sit comfortably in your favorite armchair and just listen to your teacher reading a text. The second step is interactive – the teacher will explore the different aspects of the language. No relaxation, here, you’ll be your normal awake self. You’ll return to a state of deep relaxation or hypnosis for the third step, focused on consolidating all the new aspects of the language you just learned.
