The use of deep relaxation or hypnosis makes our classes fundamentally different from any other course you might have done before. Our method allows you to get straight to the heart of the language. What is a lesson like?
A typical lesson will start with a deep relaxation phase; you just need to sit and listen to the text being read to you. Then you’ll move on to the interactive phase, when the teacher goes more in-depth into various aspects of the language together with you. This phase is without deep relaxation, so you will be in your usual fully-awake state of mind. In the third and final phase you focus on consolidating the new elements, again in deep relaxation or under hypnosis.
