Erm, “under hypnosis”?
‘Oops… under hypnosis’, we also often hear, ‘that’s curious. Doesn’t that feel weird?”
The answer: no, it actually feels quite natural. In fact, you probably already know how it feels. Can you think of a time when you drove home, parked in front of the door and then suddenly thought: huh, I don’t remember anything about the ride!
That’s exactly what hypnosis feels like: you aren’t ‘gone’. You are in complete control, but you don’t have to overthink every detail about what you are doing. And yet, you did everything right.

Taking your Spanish language course under hypnosis: here’s why
During a Spanish language course at Heart of Language, you sit or lie in an easy chair. You hear your teacher speak to you through your headphones and you respond to your teacher. And yes, you are under hypnosis, or in a deep state of relaxation. This has many positive effects:
- You are 100% focused, feel calm and comfortable, and your nerves disappear;
- Because of your complete focus you absorb the lesson material exceptionally well;
- You learn quickly and effortlessly!
As you can see, a Spanish course at Heart of Language is really different from the classic classroom language course with an exercise book. Many of our students even indicate afterwards that they find their lessons very relaxing and that they leave having more energy than when they came in!
Spanish language course for beginners, advanced students and everything in between
You do not need to have a specific level to take the Spanish language course. Our teaching material is tailor-made. The central question is: what do you want to learn?

During the first lesson we discover your current level. Then, we discuss your concrete goal: do you want to be able to cope in specific situations, for example, or do you simply want to improve your general speaking skills and self-reliance in the Spanish-speaking area?
Be sure to tell us how you envision it: do you want to learn at your leisure, or are you up for a challenge?
You can follow your lessons 1-on-1, or together with, for example, your partner, a colleague or a friend if you’d like.

Learn Spanish wherever and whenever you want
Where and when you take your Spanish language lessons is entirely up to you. You have several choices with our Spanish language course:
- Take your lessons physically at one of our locations in The Hague and Amsterdam;
- Stay at home on the couch and learn Spanish online with our online course;
- Let us come to you for an in-company Spanish course (in consultation).
Want even more freedom? You can combine the three options above and take some of the lessons physically and others online. You choose the lesson times yourself, in consultation with your teacher. Or consider the options for language courses in your neighbourhood: we also offer a Spanish language course in The Hague and a Spanish language course in Amsterdam.
